Hi, here is an update on formal.

The hotel is the Americas Best Value Inn in Quincy. Rooms are going to be 56 dollars for a double room, and 60 for a single. The phone number there is (217) 224-7733. They have a pool there as well

The meal is going to be at the hotel too. They have a nice conference room/dance hall. The food will be Prime rib, Beef Tips, Green Beans, and a few other side dishes. Total for the meal is 15 dollars.

Total for a double room and 2 meals with tax is going to be $60. Total for a single room and 2 meals with tax will be $94
